Carole began meditation in the 1990s. Initially, she bought a meditation program to help her mother who was going through a difficult time in her life, both physically and emotionally. Carole had read how meditation helped enhance the immune system, balance emotions and enhance one’s spiritual well being, amongst other things. As it turned out, her mother was not interested in giving it a try, so Carole began using the mediation program to address her own stress and has been meditating since that time.
Wanting to share the benefits of meditation with others and gain a more in-depth knowledge of meditation, she found the McLean Meditation Institute from which she continues to learn so much.
It is very gratifying to witness a person who has been stressed, depressed, overworked and physically or emotionally drained, completely change as they learn to meditate.
Carole works with groups, individuals, and businesses to relieve stress, enhance performance, create a better work environment, and just to enjoy meditation.
