With a 25-year career in marketing, Christine Rolfe understands the need to manage stress and find life balance. She brings mindfulness to organizations who are seeking ways to improve the well-being of their workforce.
Christine is a certified mindfulness instructor and course advisor at the McLean Meditation Institute, advising students through their 200-hour certification course, developing course curriculum, and assisting with special projects that support student development.
Christine also guides weekly classes, leads workshops, and offers private sessions on mindfulness to kids, teens, and adults. Her smile grows even larger when teaching people who are new to mindfulness as she loves helping people everywhere find more resilience, well-being, and work/life balance.
In addition to being an MMI Mindful Trainer, Christine is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens Program (MBSR-T) and holds a B.A. in Communication and Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Years ago, Christine began her practice of mindfulness as a way to calm her mind and increase clarity in her daily life. Christine says, “If I can meditate (with my over-active mind) anyone can!”
