Ed Zawacki has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and has over 25 years of experience in managing engineers in the corporate workplace. His background in engineering and mindfulness has allowed him to help and teach others how to bring their best to the workplace. He has built sustained mindfulness programs in the workplace in both Costa Rica and Mexico.
His simple way of teaching demystify meditation and helps people build more self-awareness. From leaders needing to grow skills to engage their workforce to individuals simply wanting peace or to build a daily meditation practice.
