Felicia Dong is a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. She started practicing meditation in 2010 and has been teaching mindfulness & meditation since 2015. After spending 20 years in the corporates, she founds Wings Meditation and provides Meditation & Mindfulness classes to the corporations, schools, and individuals of age 12 to 70. Her experience in Hakomi training in 2016 brings her teaching with Hakomi principles, organicity, mindfulness, nonviolence, mind-body holism, and unity (these are rooted in Taoism and Buddhism). She believes in the ancient wisdom tradition of mind and body were interconnected which modern science has shown that the mind has the power to heal and that everyone has that capacity and can use it to restore the balance of life and develop the inner strength.
She is now based in California after living in China for 42 years. She is honored to share her guided meditations with the Feast for the Soul. “Take the understanding of the East and the knowledge of the West, then seek.”
Felicia teaches the Simple Easy Everyday Meditation for stress release, self-care, and spiritual growth.
