Kathy Vandenburg is a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor. She became certified to teach meditation and mindfulness from the McLean Meditation Institute’s Teacher Academy. Recently, she completed the MMI Mindful® Trainer program.
Kathy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Education (Counselor Preparation Program). For 16+ years she worked as a career coach and personal branding strategist. She worked for corporations, nonprofits, universities, as well as, elementary, middle, and high schools. Kathy’s intention is to help people to manage their stress and improve their quality of life.
Kathy teaches the best of the best of what she has learned. Taking wisdom practices and making them easy to understand and useful in the corporate world and beyond. She has taught hundreds of people how to meditate and how to implement mindfulness techniques into their daily lives. Her teachings include how chronic stress negatively effects health, work performance and personal lives, as well as, how to manage the stress. She gives presentations, classes, workshops, and individualized sessions.
