Lorene studied meditation as a college student in her 20’s not realizing that almost 30 years later it would become a practice that would develop into the changing force in her life. When a devastating life event occurred at the age of 50, Lorene began searching for wellness practices that she could use to help her find peace, calm and relieve her stress. When she recommitted to a regular meditation practice, she found just that and so much more. Lorene realized that so many people could benefit from this practice.
Lorene studied under Sarah McLean, well-known author and founder of the McLean Meditation Institute. She is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor and MMI Mindful® Trainer, teaching individuals and businesses how to bring the benefits of meditation and mindfulness into their daily lives and jobs.
