Pam Gaskill is a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher through the McLean Institute and an MMI Mindful® Trainer. She’s also a Workplace Strategy Director for Fortune 500 company in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Pam also holds a RYT-200 Yoga certification through Grace Yoga Systems when she began this journey to peace and wellness in 2008. She is a co-founder of Project Yoga Richmond, a nonprofit organization which provides affordable yoga and outreach programs to the Richmond community.
Pam has a daily practice of meditation for over 10 years and finds that it compliments her passion for health and wellness. She offers mindfulness coaching and teaches meditation techniques to help you manage stress and find more peace and happiness. Sharing the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, and the importance of better mental health is her greatest wish.
