Since 1990, Sarah McLean has been training people of all ages, of all professions, and of every religion, how to gain the benefits of mindfulness at home and at work. Sarah’s clients say she can inspire anyone to adopt mindfulness – even those who think mindfulness isn’t for them.
She’s trained world-class athletes, the leadership of Fortune 500 companies, and Grammy Award winners, and, she volunteers to bring mindfulness into health support groups and local nonprofits. She is comfortable teaching anyone – almost anywhere.
Mindfulness isn’t a fad for her. Sarah has been dedicated to helping people meet their own minds for decades, serving as a behavioral specialist working with soldiers with PTSD in the US Army and as the education director for Deepak Chopra’s mind-body center for many years. She’s been running her own training company – the McLean Institute – which she founded in 2006.
Sarah is a popular inspirational speaker and a best-selling author who has been featured in the New York Times, The Guardian, Chicago Tribune, Huffington Post, and Fox Health News. She travels worldwide to teach, and lives in Santa Barbara, California.
